Create file dialogue box opens up.
In the first slot you will enter the name and path of the folder in which you wish to
store your encrypted file. To select the path and folder, click on the Select Folder tab
of the dialogue box and choose the location that you have decided on. In the next slot
enter the name that you wish to give your encrypted document. If you wish to encrypt the
document at this stage itself then leave the default settings for encryption. If
you do not wish to encrypt at this stage uncheck the Encrypt document box. Now click on
OK. If you have chosen not to encrypt your document, the program will take you to the
new document.
